This section of the server is dedicated to the calibration of the visible channel of the satellites of the Meteosat Operational Program, MOP and the Meteosat Transition Programme, MTP (Meteosat 1 to 7).

It provides a Web / database system based on MySql database and PHP scripting language.

View History of Meteosat Sensors (since 1981)

Compute Meteosat Calibration Coefficients from 1985 till 1997. After 1998, we recommend to use the coefficients per year for the corresponding sensor (M-6 or M-7), given by Eumetsat. See Eumetsat (follow Data, Products and Services, then Meteorological Product Extraction). Please, note that the calibration function is different.
